By accessing or using DrexHost services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
DrexHost provides managed game and application hosting services, including server provisioning, billing, and technical support, via the Pterodactyl panel.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You agree not to use DrexHost services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: hosting malware, conducting DDoS attacks, cryptocurrency mining, phishing, or any other activity that violates applicable law. Violation may result in immediate service termination without refund.
All services are billed in advance on the cycle specified at purchase. Failure to renew before the expiry date will result in service suspension. DrexHost reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
DrexHost aims for maximum uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced via our Discord server where possible.
Your data is stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
DrexHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
DrexHost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
