Eligible for Refund
Refund requests submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
Service is unavailable due to node-side issues (hardware failure, data centre outage).
Service is unavailable due to panel-side issues (Pterodactyl panel being inaccessible).
Verified technical issues caused by our infrastructure that are not resolvable within a reasonable timeframe.
Not Eligible for Refund
Change of mind after purchase.
Accidental purchase of the wrong plan.
Service suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
Issues caused by your own configuration, software, or actions.
Expired services where renewal was not completed in time.
Misuse or abuse of the service.
Requests submitted more than 48 hours after purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Open a support ticket in our Discord server within 48 hours of purchase. Include your order ID, Discord username, and a description of the issue. Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refund eligibility is at the sole discretion of DrexHost staff. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
