Refund Policy

DrexHost aims to provide reliable and high-quality hosting services. If you experience a technical issue on our end, we will do our best to resolve it promptly. This policy outlines when refunds are applicable.

Eligible for Refund

  • Refund requests submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Service is unavailable due to node-side issues (hardware failure, data centre outage).
  • Service is unavailable due to panel-side issues (Pterodactyl panel being inaccessible).
  • Verified technical issues caused by our infrastructure that are not resolvable within a reasonable timeframe.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Accidental purchase of the wrong plan.
  • Service suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Issues caused by your own configuration, software, or actions.
  • Expired services where renewal was not completed in time.
  • Misuse or abuse of the service.
  • Requests submitted more than 48 hours after purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Open a support ticket in our Discord server within 48 hours of purchase. Include your order ID, Discord username, and a description of the issue. Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refund eligibility is at the sole discretion of DrexHost staff. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
