When you sign in with Discord, we collect your Discord ID, username, global display name, avatar hash, and email address (if authorised). We also collect order, payment, and subscription data necessary to deliver our services.
We use collected data to: create and manage your account; provision and manage hosting services; process payments via Razorpay; send service notifications; and provide customer support. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored in a MongoDB database hosted on secure infrastructure. Payment transactions are processed by Razorpay and governed by Razorpay's own privacy policy. We do not store raw card or UPI details.
We integrate with: Discord (authentication); Razorpay (payments); and Pterodactyl (server provisioning). Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order and invoice records are retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us via Discord support. Note that billing records may be retained as required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, secure secrets management, and access controls. No system is 100% secure; use our services at your own risk.
We may update this policy at any time. Significant changes will be announced on our Discord server. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
For privacy-related queries, contact us via our Discord support server.
